YOUR SPINE MVMNT SERIES: PRACTICES FOR A BALANCED, RESILIENT & HEALTHY SPINE

Join Cecelia Feazell - a life long mover and movement educator certified in yoga and pilates - for a four-part yoga series in May that offers an in-depth look into movement for the spine.

The spine is the “backbone” of our day-to-day ability to function and move in the world. This four part series is a deep dive into this vital part of our health and well being.

We’ll gain an anatomical and bio-mechanical appreciation of each region of the spine and explore therapeutic strategies, yoga and breath practices, as well as, self-myofascial release techniques to help facilitate resilience, balance and over all health in this commanding region of the body.*

Your spine will thank you.

May 9 - pelvis & low back
May 16 - chest & shoulders 
May 23 - neck & head
May 30 - balanced posture

*for healthy spines- not for those under supervision of a medical provider.
